Chocolate vanilla pot
A little dessert that is packed with goodness! Perfect way to finish a meal.
Ingredients
- 1 sachet Energis vanilla drink
- ½ small avocado, peeled and stoned
- ½ or 1 small banana peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp (15g) fine, dark cocoa
- 1 tsp runny honey, or maple syrup
- 50ml water
Optional toppings:
Berries, mint leaves, chopped nuts
Method
- Blend all ingredients together (except the topping) with a handheld stab mixer until you have smooth, thick ‘custard’.
- Scrape the chocolate mixture into a serving dish. You can eat it straight away but it’s even nicer if left to chill in the fridge for about an hour.
- Add a topping of fresh fruit or chopped nuts. Enjoy!
